The Mt Pleasant Historical Society Friends and Family Tour is a wonderful chance to see historic Mount Pleasant, which is a short drive from Black Sheep Vineyard. A great day of learning, as the town is full of history and beautiful homes, some of which will be open for viewing.
Our winery will be supporting this event by opening Saturday at 10:00am and staying open until 11:00pm. Come to our beautiful area and spend the day! A fun filled day on August 1, when you can stroll the vineyards and taste the wines, along with visiting historic Mount Pleasant and the restaurants and shops in the area.
On August 2, Black Sheep Vineyard will be open from 1:00-6:00pm to once again support the Mount Pleasant tour. We WILL NOT BE SERVING WINE but the winery and vineyards will be open for viewing and will offer soft drinks, bottled water, great coffee, sliced wine cake, and of course, our bread, cheese, and apple basket for sale. Meet our Mustang Sandstorm and his sidekick Sham the Wonder Pony along with our vineyard dogs Marco and Shaker.
